Refund policy

Return Deadline

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • The return is initiated after the 30-day period.

Returns & Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

  • To return an item, please email us for instructions. We will reply within 24 hours.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
